Our Team
Roger Gould, President
Roger Gould is the owner of Heartland Office Systems. Backed with 35 years of experience in the industry, you won’t find Roger sitting at the helm giving out orders. He is out in the trenches selling and servicing state of the art equipment of today’s office environment.
Roger’s motto has always been “We service what we sell.” As a customer of Heartland Office Systems, you will always be treated like a friend.
Alongside of Roger is his lovely wife of 35 years, Trease. They enjoy hiking in the mountains when they can get away. They are blessed with three boys, one granddaughter and two dogs. Roger likes to hunt and fish and spend time in the outdoors.
Troy Vannocker, Service Technician
Troy Vannocker, Service Technician at Heartland Office Systems, is one of our friendly repairmen at our company. He handles service calls, deliveries, and any other task assigned to him.
Troy started at Heartland Office Systems in February of 2022. He graduated from Flint Hills Technical College in 2016 with an Associates Degree in Computer Programming Design and Development. Troy brings a positive attitude and the desire to complete his duties to the best of his abilities every day.
When he is away from work, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife of 8 years, Jaci, and his 3 beautiful girls, Charli, Laila, and Indiana. They operate a small farm with fainting goats, all assortments of chickens, and their Doberman Zeus. With little free time he gets, Troy enjoys going fishing, playing video games and cooking on the grill.
Leann Sanchez, Office Manager
Leann Sanchez, Office Manager at Heartland Office Systems, is the first point of contact for our customers. Leann handles all dispatch for service calls and customer service. She also handles the bookkeeping for our customer’s accounts.
Leann has been with Heartland Office Systems for four years. She is a graduate of Emporia State University with a B.S. in Sociology. She brings 22 years of friendly customer service, 14 years of administration services and 10 years of marketing to our company.
Leann is blessed with her husband, four children and one grandson. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, fishing and crafting. Their family is owned by three rescue cats that rule the home and one husky that chases them all around.
